From your accommodation, you have possibility to discover our Beaujolais region  by car, by bike, by motorbike, on foot, on running, etc.  Here, we have chosen some ideas but please, feel free to ask some more : wine route, golden stones, Lyon, Ars, etc... We will be pleased to give you all the necessaries for your stay.

Your guest  will invite you to discover the village of Regnie-Durette and the magnificient sights.   A special " Itinerary map" will be disponible during your stay. In any leisure (car, foot, bike, VTT) you will also be able to travel the municipality of Regnie while realizing stages of discovery. The departure is from home with an easy access to the village, on foot.

Hiking and pilgrimage

cyclotourisme"Domaine des Bois" is located in the heart of the vines, in favour of departures by bikes, mountain bike, hiking but also to stop off during a pilgrimage.  Close to Ars and Cluny, pilgrims take a break just for the night and share with us theirs adventures.

Marie-Hélène Labruyere great-granddaughter from Antoine GIVRE, famous shepherd who has showed the way to the famous priest Jean Marie Vianney to go to Ars, she will be able to show you also the way to take from your B&B.

The Romanèche-Thorins Guild Museum

The museum explains the concept of special guilds for the building and construction trades, by showcasing the collection of Pierre-François Guillon (1848-1923), a Master carpenter of the guild known as "The Duty of Freedom". Pierre-François Guillon founded a school for construction design arts in 1871 in Romanèche-Thorins. There he taught carpentry, joinery, and stone work to apprentices, from all over France and from abroad, for 52 years. The original museum was built in 1928. In 1994, the General Council of the department of Saône-et-Loire had the old museum renovated, and added some new rooms for the permanent and temporary exhibits. The exhibit space is used to display the extensive Guillon collection, which has been expanded through donations, bequests, and acquisitions.
